A contemplative service of hope and healing
Sunday, December 17 | 6pm | St. Paul United
Methodist Church East Campus- corner of HWY 90 & HWY 57
In every church and community there are some who simply cannot enter into the joy of the Christmas season. Some are dealing with the death of a loved one. Others are coping with the aftermath of divorce, job loss, or sickness, and some just aren't feeling the "Christmas" spirit. As a result we are offering our "Blue Christmas" service.
We will offer a meditative worship service that creates a place for remembering, sharing our hurt with God, and preparing our hearts for the coming of Christ, together.
Join us for a time of music by local artist Gram Rea, quiet reflection, and communion that focuses on the comfort God offers during the dark season of our lives.
