A Place for You

If you're new to St. Paul UMC, or are considering joining us for a service, we hope you'll find a place where you will be warmly welcomed and accepted. You matter to God—and you matter to us, too! Whether you are a long-time Christian or a seeker who is just beginning to ask questions about Christ, you are welcome here!

What to Expect

We want you to feel as comfortable as possible while visiting our Downtown and East campuses. The following information should help your visit be as pleasant as possible.

What should I wear?

Whatever you feel most comfortable in. During the Summer months you may see people in anything from shorts and flip flops to a suit and tie.

Where do I park?

We have plenty of parking throughout our Downtown and East campuses. For those with special needs, we have plenty of handicapped parking available close to the entrances.

Where do I go once I'm inside?

Our traditional and blended services are held in the Sanctuary of the Downtown Campus located at 800 Porter Avenue.  We have a more contemporary service at 9:00 AM at our East Campus located at the corner of Highway 90 East and Highway 57.  If you arrive early, feel free to enjoy a cup of coffee.  We have greeters who will be happy to direct you where you need to go and answer any questions you may have.

What should I do with my children?

We have an excellent Children's Ministry that offers age appropriate programs for children newborn through fifth grade. Our volunteers will make sure you and your child/children get to the appropriate location.

How do I know which worship service is for me?

If you prefer energetic praise and worship music, you may enjoy the contemporary worship service at our East Campus at 9:00 AM.

If you enjoy traditional worship, then our 8:30 AM service offered at our Downtown Campus may be for you.

If you would like something in between, you might enjoy our blended style worship service at 11:00 AM at the Downtown Campus.
