Background:
Kevin was born in Jacksonville, Florida and grew up in Atlantic Beach, Florida. He is married to Jaye A. Bradley, a native of George County, Mississippi, and who serves as the Senior Chancery Court Judge for the 16th Chancery Court District. They have two teenage children, a daughter, Caroline, and a son, Brooks.
Education:
The University of Florida, B.A. in political science, 1986; The University of Mississippi School of Law, Juris Doctor, 1989; Emory University, Candler School of Theology, Master of Divinity, 2010.
Service:
After law school, Kevin practiced law in South Carolina until 1993 and in Pascagoula, Mississippi from 1993 until September 2007. In June 2004, Kevin began serving Rosedale United Methodist Church as a part-time local pastor while maintaining a law practice. From 2007 through June 2010, he served the Big Point-Rosedale Charge in Jackson County, Mississippi. He served as an Associate Pastor at Trinity United Methodist Church in Gulfport from June 2010 until November 2011.
Activities:
Kevin is a member (inactive) of both the Mississippi and South Carolina Bar. He currently serves on the Seashore District Board of Trustees.
Interests:
Kevin enjoys spending time with his family. He also enjoys scuba diving, exercise and time at the beach.
