A contemplative service of hope and healing.
Wednesday, December 21, 7 p.m., East Campus
In every church and community there are some who simply cannot enter into the joy of the Christmas season. Some are dealing with the death of a loved one. Others are coping with the aftermath of divorce, job loss, or sickness, and some just aren’t feeling the “Christmas” spirit this year.
As a result we are offering our “Blue Christmas” service. We will host a meditative worship service that creates a place for remembering, sharing our hurt with God, and preparing our hearts of the coming of Christ together.
Join us for a time of music, reflection, and Holy Communion that focuses on the comfort God offers during the dark season of our lives.
