If you're new to St. Paul UMC, or are considering joining us for a service, we hope you'll find a place where you will be warmly welcomed and accepted. You matter to God—and you matter to us, too! Whether you are a long-time Christian or a seeker who is just beginning to ask questions about Christ, you are welcome here!

What to Expect

We want you to feel as comfortable as possible while visiting our Downtown and East campuses. The following information should help you settle right in.

What should I wear?

Whatever you feel most comfortable in. During the Summer months you may see people in anything from shorts and flip flops to a suit and tie.

Where do I park?

We have plenty of parking throughout our Downtown and East campuses. There are parking spots reserved for visitors near the main drive-through entrance at East Campus and at the West Entrance on Rayburn Avenue at the Downtown Campus. For those with special needs, we have plenty of handicapped parking available close to the entrances.

Where do I go once I'm inside?

Our traditional and blended services are held in the Sanctuary of the Downtown Campus located at 800 Porter Avenue.  We have a more contemporary service at 9:00 AM and a modern service at 11:11 (Live@11:11) at our East Campus located at the corner of Highway 90 East and Highway 57.  If you arrive early, feel free to enjoy a cup of coffee.  We have greeters who will be happy to direct you where you need to go and answer any questions you may have.

What should I do with my children?

We have an excellent Children's Ministry that offers age appropriate programs for children newborn through fifth grade. Our volunteers will make sure you and your child/children get to the appropriate location. We also have Nursery available for younger children during worship and Sunday School at both campuses. We offer a nursery  for pre-k 4 and under. A new addition is 11:11 KIDS- a worship experience just for kids pk3-3rd grade at the East Campus. It meets during the modern service Live@11:11.
