What Is Elevate?
Elevate is a Student Ministry Conference started in 2011 in Gatlinburg, TN. It is a high-energy, relationally- structured weekend that includes speaker, worship, small-group time, and plenty of fun stuff to do. The majority of our attendees take this opportunity to ski or snowboard, however, we have many who choose to spend their free time in the immensely entertaining city of Gatlinburg instead!

WHO: Students Grades 9th-12th
WHERE: Edgewater Resort, Gatlinburg, TN
COST: (Ski Package $550) (Snow Board $600) (Non-Ski Package $475)

Cost includes charter bus transportation, all lodging, breakfast daily, one travel day meal, and all programming. Students will need to purchase Lunch and Dinner on their own.
SKI PACKAGE: Includes Skis, Poles, Helmet, Ski Boots
SNOW BOARD: Includes Snowboard, Helmet, Snow Board Boots
NON-SKI PACKAGE: Includes One Ripley’s Aquarium day pass + five tickets to the Ripley's Attractions of your choice which include: Ripley's Believe It or Not! Odditorium, Ripley's Moving Theater, Ripley's Mirror Maze, Ripley's Haunted Adventure, Ripley's Super Fun Zone (Laser Tag), Ripley's Super Fun Zone (Indoor Mini Golf), Ripley's Mountain Coaster (One ride), Ripley's Super Fun Park (One hour unlimited rides), Old Mac Mini Golf (18 holes), Davy Crockett Mini Golf (18 holes)
*Please Note: Students will be missing school on Friday, January 16, 2026.
If you ski/snowboard, you will need to procure your own ski clothes–
they are miserable to try to rent on the mountain!
Cancellation Policy: Our hope is to be the best stewards of all that God has given us. To ensure this, we have created a cancellation policy to rectify any funds that would be lost in the event of a student cancellation. Any cancellations after December 1, 2025 will be assessed a $150.00 cancellation fee (in addition to the $150.00 non-refundable deposit) to offset the cost of reservations and camp fees that have already been paid on your student’s behalf by St. Paul. This fee may be waived if situations arise that prevent the student from attending such as death or illness.
